Cars are nothing without roads. Roads that are a dream to drive on. They need to challenging, exhilarating, and above everything else, nicely set.
A road that is brilliantly made but runs through a congested city is far from ideal. Instead, a road that isn’t quite as well built and engineered but runs through a picturesque mountainside village is far more vividly etched in one’s memory. Some of the best driving roads in the world are to be found in the most unlikely of places. In Romania, for example, there is a road called the Transfiguration highway, which is considered by many to be the best driving road in the world.
